Add/remove Windows components

Unable to add/remove Windows components after XP Pro upgrade from 98SE.
Message is "Setup library iis.dll" not found ...."the application could not
be initialized". Same message appears with CD-ROM mounted and attempt to
Add/Remove Windows components with CD. Please advise. Thanks.

IIS.DLL is related to the Internet Information Server. Reinstall this
application to recreate the file.

I don't know how to do that. I can't find the application on the Windows XP
CD, but maybe I'm not looking in the right place. Please advise. Thanks.

The IIS is not part of Windows XP. You may want to post this to
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.inetserver.misc
or
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.inetserver.iis
