Add Remove programs

Hi

When I try to open the Add/Remove utility in control
panel, I get an error message saying: Value creation
failed " at line 472.

What could be wrong, and how can I solve that problem?

I ran into this same exact problem after installing SP1 and using the "Forever Blue" theme/Styles XP. Change to a standard XP theme. Use
Add/Remove. Then reinstate your preferred theme.
