Add/Remove Programs using Command Line

Does anybody know if there is a Command Line version or utility for the
Add/Remove Programs? Basically, I need to remove a program completely from
command line, but the Uninstall.exe for the program does not have a silent or
command line interface. I figured if there was a command line version of
Add/Remove Programs that would just list installed applications by a number
or something and then you choose the number you want to remove...and answer
any questions the same as you would in the GUI version it would be great.

Thanks for any help!

Sorry, no. All Add/Remove Programs does anyway is call the program's
uninstaller.
