Hello

I am hoping someone can help me.I am having a problem
with my computer.I have several programs that need to be
deleted.I am able ot access all the programs but the
add/delete program.I have tried everything I know to
do.This was a used computer when i bought it.I hope
someone out there can help me with this program.My email

Run a virus scan asap. If you have received an email with
a .cpl file attachment and you opened it you may have
unleashed a virus. Normally it blocks you from access to
any control panel function but it may screw with just the
add/remove software.

If you don't catch a virus in the scan then you may want
to go out to download.com and look for a
free "uninstaller".
