"Add/Remove Program" window acting unusual

When i open the add remove program window it loads a giant black section
between the program EVEREST and Freedom force midway through the solid black
appear vertical white strips. I can not figure why. Having run Spybot,
AdAware And Avast to see if I am invilve wiith any spyware or vireu,, but I
come back clean:

The black section is larger than my liist, iT DOESN, appear to have any
neagative affect on any thihg but it iaaa like 399 lines longIt doesnt brlong
there and I would like to get rid of it. Any kdfas? Sorry bout the typing. I
an eahaausted

The space is generally due to a DisplayIcon having a negative number.
