Add remove program not responding

After the installation and uninstall of AOL, Add remove
program Icon in control panel not responding in Windows
2000 Professional. Restarting PC did not solve problem,
other users profile on the PC not able to log in.

start /run / regsvr32 appwiz.cpl / ok
