Add Printer Wizard broken?

Hi all,

I have 5 Windows XP Pro SP2 computers on my network. SP2 firewall is on and
file and printer sharing is enabled on each. One of the computers has 2
printers connected to it and shared. All computers, except one can share a
printer.

The one that has a problem, can share files without a problem (it sees all
other computers on the network, etc). If I manually try to add a new network
printer, the add printer wizard comes up empty, i.e. no network (workgroup)
is listed and no computers listed to select shared printers from.

On all other computers, in the add printer wizard, the workgroup (network
name is listed with all other computers as nodes underneath) and I can
select the shared printers I want to add.

The problem computer has no other networking problems, the internet works, I
can ping it by name from any other computer etc.

If I view all network computer from the problem computer, and open the
computer with the printers attached to it, it lists the two shared printers
and shared folders. If I right click on the printer and select "Connect" or
"Open", I get the message that the printer is either not connected to the
server or its name is not spelled correctly.

However, on all other computers, this also works (go figure).

Any ideas on this one?

Each of the printers is a connection. XP Pro supports only 10 simltaneous
connections. Sounds like you are asking for one too many. Install one of
the printers on another PC.
