Add new ADM

If I have many GPO do I have to add new ADM's templates to every policy
individually?

Will top level polices automatically 'send' the new ADM down the hierarchy
in AD?

Yes, because every GPO has its own store
...\sysvol\...\{GUID_of_Policy}\ADM
Simply copying the ADM to that location doesn´t work because
the integrated ADMs are written down in the admfiles.ini in
same folder.

You can think about copying the ADM and a edited admfiles.ini
.... never tried.
