add multiple work histories in a resume template

I'm using a template and it is only using bold letters and points for a
single work history. How do I use multiple experiences? I'm using MS Word

if this is public template, please provide a link to it. Otherwise it's
pretty hard to determine what the creator did with (or: to :)) it.

I take it you have tried copy/pasting one of the points to get a second
one and change the text there? What happens when you do?
