or HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\PowerPoint\Addins for

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\12.0\PowerPoint\DLL
Addins

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\10.0\PowerPoint\DLL
Addins

but not considering as a addin(not loading in powerpoint eventhough
loadbehaviour is proper)

You haven't mentioned what type of add-in?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\PowerPoint\Addins
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\PowerPoint\Addins

Would work for COM add-ins.
