Add DirectX references

Hi,
I would like to use .Net DirectX components.
I use .NET 2003, FrameWork 1.1, Win2000.
I installed SDK DirectX9 but no component appears.

What's up, please?

Sorry, it's resolved but I've done 2 things :
- Update of Dx9 via Windows Update
- Restart PC
so...
