Add different emails account to my client

I can add several email accounts to a single client desktop. However I only
see the main account header and none of the folder that are in that account.
Do I need to subscribe to access the folders under each header, and if so
how??

Sorry - you are making no sense. State your Oulook version and what you are
trying to accomplish.

What is the "main account header"? What do you expect to see in the
"account? Subscribe to What???

After furious head scratching, John N asked:

In addition to the info Milly asked for, it is also essential to explain what type of accounts you are referring to -- POP3, IMAP4, Exchange, etc.
