add component problem

Dear all:
I need the component "Dos Windows on Windows Support"
to add to my image. I can find out this component in
component database manager, but disappear in target
designer. (The number of components in database manager
is larger than that in target designer. Why?) How can I
add this component?

this component has visibility of 200. lower TD's visibility threshold to 200 or les and this and other components will suddenly pop up.
