"add a signature" at the bottom of all my emails

many email programs like Yahoo or Comacast enable you to default "a
signature" at the bottom of the message. How do you do that in Outlook?

Choose options on the Tools drop down menu. Click on the
Mail Format tab. Near the bottom under Signatures, click on
the Signatures button. In the Create Signature dialog box,
click on New... and continue to create your new signature.
Then back on the Options dialog box, place the signature
name in the appropriate spaces for new messages and/or for
replies and forwards.

If you go to Tools, Options, then Mail Format you can add a default
signature to your outgoing emails
