add a command to Outlook 2007 ribbon

how can I add a command to the Outlook ribbon?
I know about Quick Access Toolbar, but I would like to add command to the
"Message" tab on the ribbon.

You can write a COM add-in that could do this, or you can wait till I
release my COM add-in to accomplish that next after RTM.

I won't reply to this thread. The Outlook newsgroup is way too busy
(500-1000 messages a day) for that to make any sense.
