AD Schema not replicating

Hi,

I have a win2003 DC and a win2000DC (which is running exchange). Running
some checks and dcdiag brings up the following.


[Replications Check,EXCHANGE] A recent replication attempt failed:
From AVO1 to EXCHANGE
Naming Context:
CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=internal,DC=avo,DC=ne
,DC=au
The replication generated an error (5):
Access is denied.
The failure occurred at 2004-02-27 15:58.38.
The last success occurred at 2003-12-05 16:52.12.
2111 failures have occurred since the last success.

I've tried resetting the machine account as well as checking the user rights
in group policy to no avail. Has anyone got any suggestions?
