AD - Master domain controller

My master domain controller crashed since I restored it
from backup, none of my other servers will communicate
with it properly, in sites and services it has no NTDS
settings, therefore it won't synchronise with the other
DC's, how can i get replication back?

Did you perform and authoritative restore?
