activex controls

hi,
when i try to send a live streaming video,i keep getting this error
message"This site require the following ActiveX control: 'Video
Component'"
anyone have an idea what i need to download and where i download it
from...
someone did tell me it may be because im behind a router,and need to
open ports,but im no good at anything like that,yet when i disconnected
the router,it still didnt stream live video for me!!

Don't mess with ActiveX, check out VLC it will do what you want.

is it possible to stream with other protocols other than HTTP to many
addresses at once?

VLC will Multicast
