ActiveX controls

After starting Windows 2000 Server the following warning
appears on the desk top and pops up intermittenty after
dispensing with it:

Internet Explorer: Warning: Your current security settings
prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a
result, the page may not display correctly.

Is there a fix to get rid of this annoying message?

You might try to go to Explorer/tools/folder options and select
classic desktop and classic folders assuming you do not want to use Active
Desktop. --- Steve
