Hello,

my problem is that I installed ActiveSync V3.7 and I can
now synchronize Favorites, Access, Inbox, Files, AvantGo.
BUT NOT CALENDAR, CONTACTS, NOTES and TASKS.

Does someone know what the problem is?

Please help me.

Thanx

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for the posting.

As you described, you are using ActiveSync V3.7 to synchronize Favorites,
Access, Inbox, Files, AvantGo. But cannot synchronize calendar, contacts,
notes and tasks.

In order to better understand this issue, please let me know what happens
when you are trying ActiveSync.

1. Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes are not showing up as a sync option?
2. Is there any error message?

If Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes are not showing up as a sync option,
please check your Interent Option settings for those programs

1. Start ActiveSync
2. Click Options
3. Select the checkboxes for "Inbox, Calendar, and Contacts".
4. Click OK.

1. Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options.
2. Check to verify if Microsoft Outlook has been selected as the default
program for calendar and contacts.

Test ActiveSync again to see if it synchronize correctly.

If "Microsoft Outlook" is not in the list of Internet Options, Outlook
services are not correctly installed and Outlook needs to be repaired

To repair/reinstall Office or Outlook, please perform the steps below:

1. Double-click Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Microsoft Office entry listed in the Add/Remove
Programs dialog box.
3. Click Repair Office.

If still cannot be synchronized after the steps above, the most possible
reason is the corrupted Personal Folder (.pst).

To resolve this issue, please create a new .pst file, and then import the
data from the old .pst file to the new one. You can also use the Inbox
Repair tool against the original PST and Imported it into the current one.
