Activesync Outlook and MotoQ

I'm using Outlook 2003, Activesync 4.5, and a Motorola Q. I can make a
partnership, but when the syncing begins, there are NO details or sync. It
seems to be in a "hang" mode, though I can force "stop" the sync with no
problem.
Since Activesync "sees" the MotoQ and completes the wizard. Someone
suggested that the Outlook folder maybe "locked". I haven't been able to
find anything related to this on the board. Any thoughts or ideas?

SWAG: Is your PST file password protected? Do you have it on an encrypted
drive/partition or folder?

Ben,

I don't use any passwords to access my Outlook. I did look in the Data File
Management at the Personal Folder and the properties said, "Compressible
Encryption". Could this be the problem? If so, how do I change the folder
to un-encrypted? Thanks, Lisa
