ActiveSync and Outlook2003

This has been touched on a couple times in other threads but never
solved. I have the most current versions of Office 2003, and
ActiveSync and all updates to XP Pro except SP2.

Outlooks will not close if I have performed a sync with my Axim X30H.
The only way to get it stopped after you 'close' it is through task
manager. After that, if I dont sync, I can open an close it fine.
Would that be an ActiveSync problem?

Any help would be appreciated. This is just annoying....everything
still works.

Hi,
Are you using ActiveSync 3.7.1? Do you have any add-ons installed for
Outlook that could be causing this like Lookout?
