Active content won't display?

On Outlook 2002 I just made a new contact. Phone number, name, address,
email.

Now this particular contact gives me a message in preview "This item
contains active content that cannot be displayed in the preview pane. Open
the item to read its contents."

What's up with this? Anyone know?

I could not find anything on it searching help for active content.

Could this be because the data entry was done in a custom form that is not
the default display form?
