Activation Problem

Hello,

I own a legit copy on Vista Home Premium, and recently formatted my
harddrive and now the activation screen shows up with 'The product key you
typed is already in use.' Unfortunately it's got to the 30 days and my
windows has stopped functioning, so activating is the only way to go. This
was my first time reinstalling Vista and I never had this activation problem
with XP.

Is it not allowed to use the same (legit) CD key numerous times?

Activation is no different than XP - use phone activation process.
