Activating triggers when using multiple monitors

I've created a PPT with triggers and am wanting to know how I can activate
those triggers when running the slideshow using multiple monitors. The
problem is, I don't want to activate them by clicking on them on the
secondary monitor (basically I don't want the mouse to be seen on the
secondary monitor. I would also prefer if I could view the slideshow in
presenter view on the primary monitor, however I understand that it is
unlikely that that is possible). Any ideas?

Not certain I understand the scenario. Sounds like you want to activate
triggers on your local monitor without audience seeing mouse activate.
Unfortunately this is not an option as far as I know (although it could be
an interesting application that hides mouse on external monitor - wonder if
that is possible...).

You could modify your cursor to be something small and less visible, but
that is about the best idea I have at the moment.
