action e-mail information e-mail

WIth loads of e-mails coming in daily..its difficult to distinguish which is
an action e-mail vs which is an information e-mail

it will be good to tranfer this onus to the e-mail sender. Instead of
selecting file - new - mail..if we had an option such as File --> New
-->ActMail and File-->New-->InfoMail this will help the sender as well as the
receiver.

So you want the sender to use a different menu navigation then what is
already available under the Options menu in the new-mail window?

Why not have File->New->Uselessjokemail or File->New->Officegossipmail or File->New->ICCedyoubymistakemail? I think the onus is properly on the user, not on the program.

Simply assign a category to each e-mail.
