Acrobat Reader

On the internet through internet explorer, whenever I try
to open an attachment using Adobe Reader 6.0, I get a
message on the Microsoft Window Journal Viewer to the
effect that Adobe is located on a network resource that is
unavailable. Furthermore I am requested to find and
identify the location of Adobe Reader. The download of
Adobe Reader went without a hitch. Appreciate any
guidance and wish any reader of this note a fine day.
