Has anyone got a newer Intel motherboard that works with the ACPI
uniprocessor PC component or any of the other ACPI components?
When I started my testing of WinXPe I did it on a Intel D845GERG2 and
D845GVAD2 m/b and the ACPI worked fine. When I changed to a Intel D865GLC
the ACPI didn´t work anymore but I get a 0x07B STOP error on boot. Changing
to the standard Pc component resolvs the STOP but of course the ACPI doesn´t
function. So I accuire a Intel D845GLVA thinking it could be related to the
ICH5 circuits on the newer boards but same problem with this card.

The TAP identifies both cards as ACPI uniprocessor PC and I have converted
the chipset inf successfully since they work fine when I switch to Standard
PC.

Help!

I have two type of boards based on 875 chipset, and they
are forking fine.
I'm using ACPI multiprocessor to exploit all HTT features.

I don't know why you have problems.
