Accumulative Totals

My Aim:
In order for my salesmen to know how they are doing this month relative to
their averages over the past three months
My Method:
To build a line chart with 2 series. The first being Average per day for the
past quarter and the second Sales for current Month.
My Problem:
I have a query with 31 values - one for each day of the month (average of
sales for that date over the past 3 months). How do I build the query or the
chart so that I can show ACCUMULATIVE TOTALS ?
