Accountnames in Windows XP logon screen are missing

After I used a registry cleaner i accidently deleted a wrong file folder

HKCR\CLSID\ completely . I immediately imported my last registry backup
but after that the computer froze. I restarted manuelly, and after that the
the logon screen for the windows user has chaged. No longer a user names just
the Windoes XP logo without even an administrator account. I tried to start
in safe mode but always get back to the above screen window. Help please.....
