account locking policy

I want to make a domain policy according to which when
ever any user leave his system idle for 15 minutes.His
machine should be auto locked by itself.
So that when ever he is back he will just hit
Ctrl...Alt..Del and login to the system. Thats it.

Use Group Policy/user configuration/administrative templates/control
panel/display where you can configure the time for screen saver lock to
occur and also hide the screen saver tab from users so they can not try to
change your settings. --- Steve
