Accidentally deleted folder from Outlook

Is there anyway to retrieve a folder that I accidentally
deleted from outlook. I meant to just delete an e-mail but
deleted the whole folder that it was stored in.
It did not go to my recycle bin or to the deleted folders
file

I think your out of luck sorry! If this email is on an exchange mail server
you may be able to get it back it your Admin. has a setting on the server
checked where they keep deleted emails a certain amount of time. If its for
home, they only way maybe is to hope you made a copy of your .pst file
somewhere and you can get it from there.
