accidentally deleted all of my music

hi... i don't know if this is the right place to post
this but... i recently deleted kazaa from my computer,
and accidentally deleted the folder that had all of my
mp3s in it. i tried to recover that folder from the
recycle bin, but when i did the mp3s didn't recover, just
the blank folder. is there any way for me to get back
all of my songs? i tried downloading a file recovery
program but just got really confused. im pretty computer
illiterate, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes use a file recovery untility this is your only hope
unless the system restore will work

which file recovery software do you reccomend?? the one i
downloaded was so complex i had no clue how to use it.
are there any free programs that will actually recover
the files and not just find them? thanks!

While system Restore probably will not hurt, it is not designed for
and will not restore personal files.

thanks for the help everyone, but i still havent gotten
my music back i tried the link below but the program
didnt find the files i was looking for. i think the
problem might be that when i deleted all of my music, i
deleted the kazaa folder, and not each music file
directly. (when i deleted the kazaa folder, it deleted
the shared folder, which deleted all of the mp3s in that
folder). any other suggestions??
