"Accidental" email printing

All of a sudden certain emails are printing when I download them,
automatically. How do I keep that from happening? Thx.

Type of account?
Message format?
What add-ins are you running?
Does the same happen when running in Outlook Safe Mode?
Etc...

Nothing is stuck. (Its only happened a couple of times. Not on every email.)
Outlook 2003
Type? pop3?
Format? Printed on both html and plain text
Add ins? Sorry?
Haven't gone into safe mode as this only just started happening and its only
been a couple of times so far. There doesn't seem to be a pattern. Thx.
