Accessing Road Runner incoming mail through Outlook.

I have set up my Road Runner account through Outlook but I can't seem to view
incoming email from my Road Runner account through Outlook. Is there a
solution to this problem.

Roadrunner's server goes down quite often. But we need to know your version of Outlook. If you are using Outlook 2003 there is a way to test your connection during the setting up of your personal folder.
