Accessing registry

Hi All
I have developed a program using visual basic that works only if the user on
the system is an administrator.
I would appreciate some help on how to give the right permissions for this
user to use the application only.
Also Visual basic doesn't run correctly from a regular user, specially when
i try to access the Project References, so i might need some help into that
too.
