Outlook is installed on my pc at work, and I use outlook
at home too. Is there a way that I can access my home
email account from my work outlook?

Do you use your own mail server in your office? If it's Exchange, ask your
admin whether you can use OWA or VPN into the network for full Outlook/MAPI
connectivity. In fact, best to ask this of your IT folk in general.
