My Dell computer is out of commission. How can I access my emails on Outlook,
if I'm using a MAC?

Entourage is seen as the counterpart of Outlook on a Mac and is part of
Office for the Mac. There are many other mail clients as well for a Mac.
How you need to transfer your mail depends on where you stored it. If in a
pst-file, then you'll have to export your mails in a format that the client
you are using on a Mac can understand it; probably csv. It requires a
working Outlook though, so you might want to ask a neighbor/relative/friend
to do this for you.

In the most common of scenarios (POP account and messages removed from the
server), unless you can install your PC's hard drive on the Mac and have it be
able to read a Windows file system, you cannot access the mail on your PC with
the Mac.
