Accessing "Doccuments & Settings" on another drive

I rececntly used "Drive Image 7" to copy my drive. Then
reloaded Windows XP Home and all of the subsequent
programs. The original drive was put on an external WD-
120. Now when I go to the backed up copy of my drive, I
am unable to access my "Doccuments and settings". I am
the "Administrator" on both drives. I can access
the "Doccuments & Settings" of all other users. Is there
some password protection on this folder? All of me e-
mail and misc info is in this locked folder!
