Accessibility/ 'Font' Size for 'larger' one

Hi:
I want to have 'larger' font/text size on every sites I visit,

Then, I accessed as follow;
Tool<Internet Option<Accessibility<Ignore font styles specified on Web
pages

My question is:
If I click and check mark on: "Ignore font styles specified on Web Pages
am I able to get my desirable 'font'/text size?

BTW, my computer is not new HP, then there is NO font/text size on the top
to choose.
