Accessability |||sound||| problem

For the life of me I cannot get XP to make a sound when I hit the CAPS
LOCK, NUM LOCK or SCROLL LOCK. Everything in the Accessability Options
appears to be OK.

As far as I can remember they never worked no matter what I do.

XP Pro with SP2 and all updates.

Sorry I have tried that and it does nothing, and the ' toggle keys' is
ON in CP.
