After searching discussion group, I still couldn't find a solution for my
problem. Please help.
I run a 2003DB in A2007. The response is very slow. I have to wait 4-5
seconds to see what I typed display on screen. Even the tab key is slow too.
It is unbearable. I tried the following ways to fix but no help. 1. disable
name autocorrection. 2. create a new db in 2007 then import all items to the
new db. 3. compact and repair 4. I even removed my subform from the main form
one by one to see if the performance will get better. 5. I checked lookup
table to make sure there is index since I have combo box in my subform. None
of these helped. Any other suggestions? I really appreciate.
