Is there a way to create mailing labels in Access where
you have a full sheet of labels per address in your table
without having to put it into Word?

Create a single field table with as many records in it as you have labels on a
label sheet. Add that table to the query for the label report and DON'T add a
join line. Every record in the query's output will be repeated as many times as
you have records in the new table.
