Hi I get a error message saying that an access violation
has occured in module kernel 32

Although other things may cause this, you should be warned that there
has recently been a severe outbreak of the Swen virus, and this message
is one sign of infection. Search your antivirus vendor's web site for a
discussion of the virus, how to know if you're infected -- did you
recently run a "security update" or "patch" that came to you in an
e-mail message or newsgroup post purporting to be from Microsoft? -- and
how to wipe the virus from your system. If you don't have an antivirus
program installed, you should; in the mean time, here's one vendor's
page on the subject:
