error message like "Msaccess caused an access violation in
ntdll.dll at 0x77fcbaac".It asks you if you want to
continue or Ignore, when you say Continue, it kicks you

I would say you have a compatibility issue. Access 2.0 probably references a
earlier dll file that Win2K will not have. In addition, Access 2.0 can't
talk to the newer file. I would upgrade your Access 2.0 or place it on a
machine with an earlier OS, such as Win 95/98.
