Access Violation during remote install on new XP terminal.

I have been running TrendMicro's virus protection Client/Server Suite for
small business on my Win2K Server OS, and previously accomplished a remote
install over the office network to add the Client to two Win2K Professional
terminals.

We recently purchased a new laptop with WinXP Home OS, and I'm trying to
remotely install the TrendMicro Client on the new laptop as I did with the
other terminals. Each time I try to install, the TrendMicro Server tells me
that the username I selected for the remote install does not have
administrative privileges on the laptop.

In addition to the Administrator user, I have only installed two other users
on the WinXP laptop, and both were installed with administrative privileges.
It does not matter which username I enter, even the same one with which I am
logged onto the Win2K Server (and the same password), I cannot access the new
laptop terminal for remote TrendMicro Client installation.

Does anyone here have an explanation and fix for this problem?

The account you specify must be a local account with administrative
privileges, not a domain account.

If this still does not work then you should drop a note to
(e-mail address removed). Your issue relates purely to Trend and
not to Windows 2000 networking.

OK; thanks for your reply. I had already tried a local account
(Administrator) and sent a message to TrendMicro, but was hoping for a
quicker solution here.
