Access Access Switchboards help!

I accidently deleted the form created as the switchboard when i created my switchboard in microsoft access and now I cant get the form back! I've tried deleted all the details for the switchboard in the switchboard manager window and re adding them all again but the form still doesnt appear.
Any ideas on what i can do? thanks

Hi

Sorry if you deleted the form then you will have to recreate the form, sorry especially if you closed the DB after deleting it as it would then save the changes you made. Have you got the db backed up anywhere before you made the changes. ??
