I was wondering if anyone knew what registry key I would need to change or
create so mutli-users would have the same settings in Options>Edit/Find
Confirm: Record changes unchecked, Document deletions check, Action queries
unchecked

Any help would be good help thanks

I looking more for a registry setting, the program/databases are already
develop and we and using XP with a Novell login. Anytime a new user logs in
the default settings for Access are in place. I need to have Confirm: Record
changes = unchecked, Document deletions = check, Action queries = unchecked.
Not sure if this is possible in the HKEY_local_machine or user. I've have
searched the microsoft site but came up empty handed. Thanks for the input

Steve,

I'm not sure whether or not this can be done via the registry but if it can
the change will apply globally to *all* databases the user opens. This is
not a good thing. Even if it is possible I suspect that this will be all
Access is doing when you change the Edit/View options.

It would be preferable to add the necessary code to the startup of the
system to turn the warnings off and then turn them back on when the database
is closed.
