access select record with colume heading name

I am using access 2003 and would like to use select statement to find the
record from "sheet" with colume heading name, that mean the result will
display the record with colume heading name for each record becuase the
"sheet" have many same record and I need to find out which colume have this
record.

I'm not understanding the question. Access records are in rows, not columns;
every row has the same structure, that is the same columns.

Please give an example of your data and how you would like to search it.
