Access Reports

I have just found that i can no longer run or design any of the reports in my
access databases. When selecting a wizard to create a new one I get the
message - "The wizard is unable to create your report". This happens on all
PCs in the network. Antivirus and spyware is up to date and full system
scans completed. Any Ideas?

Have you converted the mdb's to mde's?

I'm having the same issue in my access 2000. I had to do the reports
manually, without the wizard. Regarding Wolfgang's question: I haven't
convert my mdb to a mde. don't know why it happend... I posted that question
a couple of days ago, but noone answered me yet....

and I also posted another question today about a report also.
it said this...

Hi to all.... I have a question.
I have a report that shows all the Computer Repair Requests (CRR) that
people from the company made to the IT Department. It shows all the CRRs from
the beginning of the database to date. Now, I only want to show the ones that
are for 2006. I don't care now about the ones in 2005.

How can accomplish such a thing?? I have no idea on how to do it.
thank you very much for your help in advance...

if you can help me in any of this I would appreciate it!
thanks again

use a query that uses datepart to display the year in the date field and then
apply a criteria for the year you want to show

hello asbur.

i Haven't Tried converting to an mde, but that won't solve the problem
that i can't open a new or existing report in design mode to modify.

Converting to an mdb means removing all source code (leaving only
the procompiled code) and therefore preventing users from editing
modules or even viewing the design of forms and reports.
I thought that you probably had done this and that this was the reason
why you could't open the design of the report, and I did not intend to
let you do so (but thought that that could be the reason).
As I have already seen you solved the problem, congratulations.
